The Hotel Bar is located at the heart of the Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida. The concept for this hotel bar was to speak to the power of the international and cultural crossroads that are hosted and grown in just about every hotel bar across the world. These places of global intersection and human connection drove a brand experience concept that was all about celebrating the history and power of the central gathering place, culturally known as The Hotel Bar.

The brand draws from language of travel, with a menu in the form of a passport, littered with international stamps as its backdrop. The uniform and print theme leverages a travel aesthetic through visual references to flight, airline steward/stewardess uniforms, and pattern styles. It draws from the Diplomat Beach Resort brand to assure its tie in, yet it speaks to its location and purpose as a center and connector for the resort guests. The interior design brings together both a large interior main lobby and a vast poolside patio through a two-sided bar, inside and out. The bar menu is constructed of culturally significant classic hotel bar cocktails from across the world with a Diplomat twist, served in a modern and active social scene.
